Bio: A high ranking member of the Seat race, who has a history with his comrade Atomic Pete. He has the ability to create artificial versions of any creature that is not stronger than him that are identical in every way.

Bio: Astral being who is the result of Maximum Gun's inexplicable transformation in the World Cocoon. In this form, he can mass produce artificial versions of any being in the blink of an eye, as well as shooting bullets out of the eyes on the palms of his hands. He claims to be following the will of Captain in hopes to make him a new messiah like figure.
