Bio: An enigmatic and mysterious creature who acts unpredictably based on intensive knowledge that only he has. Made a life changing deal for immortality with The Big Three Lords of Capitalism and has an unavoidable and transcendental rivalry with Kwoff.

After being aided in a conflict with Atomic Pete, leading to his banishment to the future, Captain was sentenced to file taxes for The Big Three Lords of Capitalism for the rest of his eternal life in their dimension, Dimension Bill. By hijacking Maximum Gun's mind and helping him achieve an astral form from Dimension Bill, he was able to escape to the real world.

Due to PunchThrone, Kwoff, Boris, and Frodonn's efforts, Captain's escape attempt was thwarted. Although, right before he was sent back to Dimension Bill, he was met by Peter Papadopoulos, the otherworldly being who granted Captain the knowledge that guided his schemes. After being told his story was over, Peter Papadopoulos gifted Captain a consolation prize: knowledge of every single thing that has and will happen in the universe (except for any information on Kwoff and his whereabouts).

Frodonn punished the now all-knowing Captain by altering the timeline to remove all traces of "Flonch" (his previous name) from existence, renaming him "Captain." Having gone completely mad with his overwhelming knowledge, Captain accepted his banishment back to Dimension Bill. In his final moments in reality, he shouted nonsensical proclamations about the future involving a world-altering event on November 17th, 2025, a Labyrinth of Dreams, amaranth flowers, Donato Napoli, and GOD giving up.
